Refund policy

Handling and shipping policy :

Please send me the picture within a day if the plant was damaged. (Both plant and package pictures if package was damaged). I can not accept the claim to be refund after 3-4 days later of shipment for the reason that you may be overwatered or placed in unpleasant location for plants.

You have two choice of shipping term.

  • For USPS Priority Express, with a guaranteed delivery time of 1-2 days, if your plants are damaged due to a delay or outer box damage, I will provide a full refund, but I will need pictures and proof for verification.
  • With USPS Priority, which typically takes 1-4 days, USPS does not guarantee against shipping delays. Therefore, I cannot offer a full refund for plant damage caused by delays. Nevertheless, I will make a claim to USPS on your behalf, and I will require pictures of both the outer box damage and the plant damage for documentation.


All items are shipped using USPS within United States with insurance(if lost) and tracking number.
Handling time will be varies per season. Please make sure to check the delivery date before you order.
After receiving payment, turn around time for ready made items is approx 1-2 weeks. (or variable per season/plants)

If it takes more than 3 days, if your plant is not hardy plant for cold/hot temperature it may not good selection for your location. It may not thrive with long transit time. Please consult before you order.

In the hot/cold area/weather time: I recommend to purchase thermal pack to ensure the plants health during the shipment if your destination is in cold/hot area.
Please understand that we can’t accept for refund/complaint for damaged plants due to the cold/hot weather. Please purchase the heat-pack/thermal protection if your area will be affected by temperature for your plants.

Items are only listed to ship to the United States only.
Remember that we can not ship plant to Hawaii and Alaska according to USDA regulation. Any order you request to Hawaii and Alaska needs to be canceled.

There is no calendar date to treat plants (i.e. how often should watered), general care is enclosed in the package however each environment/climate is different that plants need to be adjusted with your climate.
